If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel through Manage My Health or phone our reception team on 03 477 6471 as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting for care.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, may incur a fee.
